🎯 What's your mission?

The Reporting & BI Analyst (SAC, Power BI) will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that enhance business visibility and support data-driven decision-making. Using tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), they will transform complex data into actionable insights while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across key business functions.

This role will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective reporting and visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes, delivering value through meaningful data analysis and insights.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI, ensuring alignment with evolving data structures during the migration from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand changes in data models and adapt reporting logic accordingly.

• Support the transition of reporting solutions from legacy SAP systems to the new S/4HANA environment.

• Translate business needs into reporting requirements, ensuring the continuity of critical reports during and after the migration.

• Integrate and adapt data from both R/3 and S/4HANA during the transition phase to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across both legacy and new environments.

• Work closely with other departments to validate KPIs and key business metrics post-migration.

• Help define best practices for BI reporting in the new SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.

• Provide training and support to users adapting to new reporting tools and environments.

• Document new data sources, reporting logic, and changes in KPIs arising from the migration.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• 3-5 years of experience in similar position.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (R/3), specifically in modules such as FI, CO, SD, and MM. Awareness of the changes introduced with the migration from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI, including: solid knowledge of DAX and Power Query for data transformation within the tool.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Languages: proficient Spanish, English.
