🎯 What's your mission?

As Marketing Manager for Home & Personal Care in Europe & Africa (EA), your mission is to drive growth and strengthen our presence in key markets. You’ll work closely with Sales and Development, providing strategic marketing support across Home and Personal Care categories, fully aligned with regional account plans.

You’ll create impactful presentations, adapt proposals to client needs, and bring insights on brands, portfolios, and consumer trends. Leading regional marketing projects, you’ll collaborate with Perfumery, Evaluation, and R&D to deliver innovative solutions that elevate Eurofragance’s value to clients.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the field of Marketing and Business Management.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience with a good track record in B2C in FMCG or B2B in a Fragrance House
• Understanding of fragrance industry and Home & Personal Care categories.
• Proficient in operating Canva and Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe), digital and new-technologies savvy.
• Availability to travel, up to 40%.
• Languages: English (proficient), Spanish and French.
