🎯 What's your mission?
As a Customer Service Representative for the Africa Market, you will deliver outstanding support to both our internal Sales Community and our valued clients. Your role will involve providing timely and accurate assistance, resolving inquiries efficiently, and fostering strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and elevate the overall client experience.
🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
Order-to-Cash Process (SAP-based):
- Create customer Proforma Invoices and Orders in SAP
- Launch technical documentation and follow up on order status
- Inform customers and Sales team of updates
- Maintain and update customer database
- Monitor customer payments and upload quotations
- Support pricing campaigns and commission tracking for commercial agents
- Coordinate urgent orders with logistics and planning teams
- Follow up on customer projects, sample requests, and fragrance quotations
- Request fragrance code releases
Sales Support:
- Assist Key Account Managers with daily tasks
- Prepare quotations for new fragrances using pricing tools
- Liaise with Regulatory team to obtain required documentation
- Manage and track customer requests and non-conformities
- Register and follow up on wins and drive initiatives
- Generate olfactive pyramids and select fragrances using internal tools
- Prepare marketing materials and promotional kits
✅ What you need to shine in this role
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role within the industrial or production sector.
Experience working with order management systems, ideally SAP.
Fluent in English and French (mandatory); Arabic and Spanish are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
