🎯 What's your mission?

You will be responsible for leading both proactive and reactive fragrance development projects, ensuring that all creations meet client briefs and align with market expectations. You will define and implement strategic actions in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.

You will also be responsible for coordinating proactive fragrance development initiatives to maintain, enrich, and modernize the local fragrance library, in alignment with and supported by HQ.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Evaluating fragrance developments and building fragrance collections in partnership with the FDM team.
• Acting as a partner to perfumers, guiding them in their developments when needed.
• Recommending submissions that best match the parameters of each brief.
• Continuously developing a deep knowledge of market products across categories and sharing insights with FDM teams and Perfumers at HQ.
• Detecting olfactive trends and category needs, working closely with Marketing to translate them into concrete fragrance solutions.
• Leading project management for assigned fragrance initiatives.
• Preparing and delivering fragrance presentations to clients, together with the Sales team.
• Driving proactive initiatives to strengthen the fragrance portfolio and market relevance.
• Developing an excellent olfactive understanding of the Indian market in key categories.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders — Sales, Marketing, Creation & Development, Innovation & Technology, and Regulatory — to ensure best-in-class and timely results.
• Staying informed about latest industry developments and understanding their implications for the business.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Perfumery or Chemistry

• At least 5 years of experience in Fragrance Development, with a background in a Fragrance House and expertise in Fragrance Evaluation.
• Language requirements: full professional fluency in both English and Hindi.
