🎯 What's your mission?

As Fragrance Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and commercial operations of Eurofragance, building partnership with current customers and adding new ones to the portfolio to ensure sustainable growth in Indonesia.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Analyze specific markets and propose a plan to develop business and reach the sales targets.

• Setting sales target and develop new Business opportunities in Fine Fragrances, Home & Body Care products.

• Take responsibility for existing clients and prospect potential ones on the area of responsibility.

• Work on market research, contacting potential new customers and establishing effective work relations.

• Keep up to date on market products and competitors new launches.

• Close interaction with internal departments such as the Creative department, Fragrance Development & Marketing.

• Presenting projects internally and follow up the production process to get the final product done and reinforce on time delivery.

• Managing pricing for whole client’s portfolio, responsible to solve client enquiries and advise them on their needs.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years' experience in Sales, preferably in the Fragrance industry

• Result oriented, able to work autonomously and make decisions.

• Proactive and resourceful, ready to receive and contact new clients.

• Strong communicator, customer focused, problem solving and negotiation skills

• International environment exposure, multicultural and open minded background

• Team player

• English proficiency (spoken & written)
