🎯 What's your mission?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist / HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, support employee lifecycle processes, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

·  Manage recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout).

·  Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

·  Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

·  Handle employee documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, etc.).

·  Manage employee records and HRMS updates.

·  Manage full & final settlements formalities.

3. Payroll & Compensation Support

·  Comprehensive management of employee payroll pre-processing control.

·  Maintain attendance and leave record data.

·  Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

·  Organize employee engagement activities and events.

·  Address employee grievances and maintain healthy work culture.

·  Support performance appraisal processes.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation

·  Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

·  Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.

·  Maintain statutory registers and documentation.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).

English: Intermediate to advanced level.

Skills: Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

Competency and Knowledge: Experience with HRMS tools, Payroll and knowledge of Labor Laws and Statutory Compliance.
