🎯 What's your mission?
You will join the People team and be responsible for managing Payroll and related processes within the EAT region (Europe, Africa & Turkey), covering approximately 350 employees.
The roll will focus mainly on Spanish and European payroll coordination, as well as Rewards and Personnel Cost Controlling within the region.
This is a regional position, working closely with local stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll execution, compliance and cost control.
🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
Payroll & Personnel Administration (Regional Scope):
The selected candidate will be responsible for payroll and personnel administration in Spain, Turkey, Germany and Italy.
Coordinate payroll data (variables, hires, terminations, absences, sickness, etc.) within monthly deadlines.
Work closely with external payroll providers (Endalia and others) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Oversee payroll processes across assigned countries in line with local legislation.
Review and validate payroll calculations before payment.
Ensure correct taxation and social security contributions.
Manage complex cases (expats, NRE, retirements, garnishments, cross-border situations).
Act as point of contact for payroll-related employee queries.
Prepare employment documentation (promotions, salary changes, terminations, etc.).
Maintain accurate personnel files and HRIS records.
Stay updated on labor, tax and social security regulations in the assigned countries
Compensation, Benefits & Personnel Cost Control:
Monitor and analyze personnel costs and headcount evolution.
Support compensation and benefits analysis by country, in collaboration with the Regional People Manager.
Coordinate local benefits administration (insurance, flexible compensation, company cars, etc.).
Ensure consistency between payroll, accounting and cost control data.
HRIS, Reporting & Analytics
Own payroll-related processes within the HRIS (Endalia).
Ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Prepare regular reports on headcount, personnel costs and other HR KPIs.
Support internal audits and reporting requirements.
Audits & Corporate Reporting
Support internal and external payroll and HR audits.
Ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements in all assigned countries.
Collaborate in the preparation of the annual Sustainability Report and the Non-Financial Information Statement (EINF).
Provide HR data and analysis required for corporate and regulatory reporting.
✅ What you need to shine in this role
Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration, Economics or similar fields related to HR and employment matters.
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in payroll management in Spain. Previous experience in payroll outsourcing & in-house.
Languages: Spanish (Proficient), English (First Certificate level)
