🎯 What's your mission?

This role will lead Fragrance Development projects and deliver winning fragrances for the Indonesian market at our newly established Indonesia Creative Center.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Lead and work on Indonesian project across all categories from Library and developing new themes with close collaboration of Regional FDMs and Perfumers in Singapore.

• Organise and maintain the Local Indonesian Library working on building up the Library with relevant fragrances and removing fragrances that do not work for Indonesia.

• Work closely with the Regional FDMs and Collection Specialist to build up the library.

• Provide support to projects from other countries when needed.

• Meet clients on any project’s needs together with our Commercial team.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

• Minimum 5 years of fragrance evaluation and development experience working for Asian countries preferably with a cross-categories focus.

• Experienced working on fragrance briefs from Indonesian clients.

• Good understanding of Indonesian market olfactive trends / consumer behaviour pertaining to the different categories.

• Good understanding of Global trends and how it could work for Indonesia.

• Good eye to spot emerging FF as starting point for Indonesia projects.
