🎯 What's your mission?

To drive global excellence in sourcing Fragrance Ingredients by developing robust category strategies, strengthening supplier partnerships, and ensuring sustainable, compliant, and cost‑effective supply solutions. At the same time, to secure operational performance at the manufacturing site through reliable budgeting, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and proactive supplier management, enabling business continuity and supporting growth across APAC.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• This dual-role position combines global category leadership with local purchasing coordination.

• Leads category management for Fragrance Ingredients, including strategy development, supplier qualification, contract negotiation, risk management, and global innovation enablement. Coordinates key raw material purchasing activities at the manufacturing site, covering budgeting, forecasting, supplier performance, and operational compliance.

• Ensures continuous improvement, strong cross-functional partnerships, and alignment between global sourcing strategies and local business needs.

This role will be based in Shanghai, China.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Chemistry or related

• 8+ years in procurement, with at least 3 years in global category management/Senior Buyer

• Mandarin and English language required
