🎯 What's your mission?
Provide best-in-class and timely customer and sales operational service to the Eurofragance Turkey customer portfolio, maintaining a solution-oriented approach and working closely with the Customer Service & Logistics Manager.
🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
Deliver the highest quality service to customers in Turkey by handling customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
Create customer sample requests using the project management software and SAP.
Follow up on client project deadlines in close coordination with the commercial teams to support the smooth running of the sales cycle.
Resolve customer queries and proactively anticipate potential improvements through clear and timely communication with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate the shipment and delivery of fragrance samples for client visits in collaboration with Development and Technical teams.
Provide customers with all required regulatory documentation, liaising directly with the Regulatory Department.
Register and track customer non-conformities.
Maintain and update customer master data in SAP.
Follow up on import order processes and daily local shipments, ensuring the timely delivery of both international and local orders (future responsibility).
✅ What you need to shine in this role
University degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Management, International Trade, etc.
Languages: high level of English, native or high proficiency in Turkish.
2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within global companies in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
