🎯 What's your mission?

Assist in overseeing the sales and commercial operations of Eurofragance, building partnership with current customers and adding new ones to the portfolio to ensure sustainable growth in China. This position can work remotely.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

· Analyze specific markets and propose a plan to develop business to reach the sales targets.

· Assist in developing new Business opportunities in Fine Fragrances, Home & Body Care products.

· Work on market research, contacting potential new customers and visiting them.

· Keep up to date on market products and competitors’ new launches.

· Close interaction with internal departments such as the Creative department, Fragrance Development & Marketing.

· Presenting projects internally and follow up the production process to get the final product done and reinforce on time delivery.

· Identify the customer needs & opportunities and create a relevant action plan

· Responsible to solve client enquiries and advise them on their needs.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

· Degree or equivalent

· Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in a similar fragrance industry for personal care products, perfumes and home care products is essential.

· Familiar with market trends for the Fragrance industry

· Those with more years of related experience and proven track record will be considered for the manager position

· Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Good command of English, where required for the role
