🎯 What's your mission?

The selected candidate will join the People team as a People Operations Specialist with a focus on payroll and compensation & benefits processes within the EAT region (Europe, Africa & Turkey), giving service to approximately 350 employees.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

Payroll & Personnel Administration (Regional Scope)

• The selected candidate will support payroll and personnel administration activities across Spain and selected countries within the EAT region.

• Coordinate payroll data (variables, hires, terminations, absences, sickness, etc.) ensuring deadlines are met.

• Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure smooth payroll execution.

• Support payroll review processes together with senior team members.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor, tax and social security regulations.

• Act as point of contact for employee queries related to payroll and administration.

• Prepare employment documentation (contracts, salary changes, terminations, etc.).

• Maintain accurate personnel files and HRIS records.

• Support the coordination of compensation and benefits processes across the region.

• Liaise with external vendors (insurance, flexible benefits, etc.).

• Assist in compensation review cycles and salary updates.

• Ensure consistency between payroll data and benefits administration.

• Maintain data accuracy in HR systems (Endalia).

• Support the preparation of HR reports (headcount, personnel costs, KPIs).

• Collaborate with the team in reporting and data analysis activities.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.

• Collaborate in providing HR data for corporate and regulatory reporting.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

• Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration, Economics or similar fields related to HR and employment matters.

• Minimum 3 years of of experience in payroll and HR administration.

• Exposure to payroll processes (Spain ideally).

• Languages: Spanish (Proficient), English (First Certificate level)

• Tools: Excel (intermediate-advance), HRIS knowledge (SAP, A3nom, META4 or others)
