🎯 What's your mission?
The Marketing Specialist will support the regional marketing team in delivering high-quality consumer insights, market intelligence, and strategic marketing initiatives within the fragrance ingredients industry. This role focuses on translating trends and data into meaningful marketing value—strengthening category knowledge, enhancing brand and concept storytelling, and supporting the development of insight-driven strategies.

Market Research & Insights
Conduct research on consumer behaviour, fragrance trends, and regional market dynamics.
Analyse data from industry sources such as Euromonitor, Mintel, and WGSN to generate actionable insights.
Support the development of market intelligence reports, category analysis and new product launches.
Marketing & Content Development
Prepare presentations and marketing materials for client engagements and internal use.
Support branding initiatives, digital campaigns, and content creation.
Assist in go-to-market planning for fragrance concepts and innovations.
Category & Strategy Support
Support the development and maintenance of category tools aligned with global frameworks.
Contribute insights to client briefs and assist in shaping strategies with Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure relevance and consistency of marketing guidelines.
Commercial & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with commercial and product teams to identify opportunities and support fragrance concept development.
Support product launches, customer engagement initiatives, and events.
✅ What you need to shine in this role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in marketing, market research, or insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in consumer insights and trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with Canva for content creation is an advantage.
Familiarity with market research tools (e.g., Euromonitor, Mintel, WGSN) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
