🎯 What's your mission?

The Mission of this position is to support the global marketing team for the different strategic fragrance categories (Personal Care, Home Care and Mass Market Air Care)

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Follow, analyze, and share the relevant market trends and new products launches and communicate to the marketing managers for their respective categories.

• Design data reports coming from the following sources: Euromonitor, Mintel and WGSN.

• Support the marketing team on the key Proactive Marketing Tools (Category Review, Promo Kits, Trends Presentations) for H&PC categories (Personal Care, Home Care and Mass Market Air Care) on Canva.

• Support each Marketing Manager on Promo Kits preparations, including the presentation content, printing the labels, and shipping the kits to the regions.

• Coordinate Smelling sessions and product portfolios for Home & Personal Care; managing market products purchasing, ensuring the required set-up for the smelling sessions, and preparing the olfactive mapping for the presentations.

• Publish relevant content to give relevant information and insights to the different teams involved: Marketing, Sales, Fragrance Development Managers

• Coordinate and gather relevant content from all regional marketing teams being the main point of contact for it

• Give general support to the Global Marketing Team on all internal and external client presentation when needed.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

• Currently studying a Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business and Administration or related studies.

• Languages: English (High), Spanish (High).

• Proficient in operating Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
