🎯 What's your mission?
Your mission is to support the coordination of administrative and operational activities, with a focus on occupational health & safety processes, international communication, medical coordination, and day-to-day office management. You will ensure that information, documentation, and routine operations are properly managed, contributing to an organized and efficient work environment.
🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
Administrative & Office Management
Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations
Organize birthday celebrations and internal events
Coordinate meal and catering arrangements
Manage office purchases and supermarket orders (e.g. Migros)
Track and share the weekly home office / remote working list every Monday
Handle DHL and courier shipments
Manage stationery and office supply purchases
Coordinate laboratory-related procurement
Occupational Health & Safety (ISG)
Coordinate and organize training sessions and related schedules
Manage communication flow between the company and the OHS (ISG) service provider
Prepare, complete, and follow up on OHS-related documents and paperwork
Ensure timely handling of compliance-related processes
International Coordination (HSE)
Act as a communication bridge between overseas stakeholders and the company
Participate in and coordinate regular meetings with international teams
Prepare and complete required documentation and reporting
Support cross-border operational communication
Medical & Vendor Coordination
Manage communication with doctors, laboratories, and medical service providers for TR office
Obtain pricing for tests, medical analyses, and related services
Request and compare quotations from suppliers and service providers
Share offers with management and coordinate approval processes
Support the execution of related operational arrangements
✅ What you need to shine in this role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Previous experience in administration, office coordination, operations, or executive support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in English and Turkish
Good command of MS Office
