🎯 What's your mission?

Lead technical activities related to the Personal Care category at a global level. Manage customer-active projects, develop and implement technical solutions, and support troubleshooting activities when required.

Coordinate a network of scientists across affiliates and contribute to the definition and execution of the category technical strategy.

Develop and optimize personal care formulations to strengthen the internal portfolio, providing technical expertise and conducting testing to evaluate and resolve fragrance-base compatibility issues.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Coordinate and animate a group of peers locally and in the affiliates, for personal care matters.

• In charge of the Personal Care innovation pipeline.

• Development of personal care formulations, standard and innovative

• Provide technical support to internal and external customers on how fragrances perform in different formulations and advise on possible product and perfume interaction/reaction to be taken into account.

• Implement fragrance technologies or innovative solutions to final products.

• Represent the company in technical meetings with customers.

• Search and update technical and innovation trends on raw materials, market products and competitors (Market surveillance).

• Keep accurate and complete records of lab activities and test results

• Maintain assigned lab equipment and inventory of supplies

✅ What you need to shine in this role

• Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.

• Master's degree in Perfumery or Cosmetics

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Experience in project management.

• Understanding of fragrance ingredients and their interactions within finished product formulations.

• Experience in the formulation of personal care products.

• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
