🎯 What's your mission?

To lead and develop the Category’s expertise, capability and growth of the category for APAC Region.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

1. Develop and work on Fragrance Development for all Fabric Category Products, may include Planning and development of Category’s plan for the region to promote and enable growth while developing category’s capabilities and manpower.

2. Lead and work on projects of category for Asia Markets

3. Collaborate and work with other departments (ITM, Marketing, Sales) to grow the Category

4. Strengthen strategic partnership with clients through trends presentation, roadshows and providing personalized olfactive trainings

5. Building, strengthening and improving our internal Fragrance library collection and ensuring the collection is current and updated according to needs of the markets.

6. Participate and contribute to the Category’s Innovation and R&D platforms located in our Headquarters in Spain

7. Partner with internal global team and leverage on internal resources to achieve best in class results in fastest time

8. For a Senior position, will need to Mentor and Develop the team in Category’s know-how and olfactive strategy.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

• Tertiary Education Qualification of a related field

• Demonstrated solid Fragrance Development experience of at least five years preferably in Fabric and Home Care for APAC

• Solid Project Management Skills

• Ability to create and lead Category’s Fragrance Development strategy

• Good understanding of Commercial Needs and ability to create a harmonious balance between Commercial Needs and Creative Development

• Good Interpersonal Communication Skills
